We welcome your questions, feedback, and partnership ideas. PantryParcel is a nonprofit dedicated to connecting surplus food with community programs and families in need. Our team includes experienced food-rescue coordinators, logistics specialists, and volunteer managers who are ready to help — simply send a message via email and we’ll respond promptly.
How to reach the team
For all inquiries, please write to hello@pantryparcel.org. This single point of contact helps us route messages to the right staff member quickly, whether it’s about donations, volunteer opportunities, media requests, or technical support for our platform.
What to include in your message
- Donations (food or funds): Tell us what you have available, location, typical pickup times, and any weight/volume estimates.
- Partnering organizations: Share a brief overview of your program, the populations you serve, and the type of collaboration you’re proposing.
- Volunteer interest: Let us know your availability, skills, and whether you prefer one-time or ongoing roles.
- Media and speaking requests: Include your affiliation, deadlines, and the topics you’d like to cover.
- Website or technical support: Describe the issue, include screenshots or URLs when relevant, and list the browser or device you used.
- General feedback or testimonials: We love hearing stories about how PantryParcel has helped your community — feel free to include photos or permission to share.
Response time expectations
Our goal is to acknowledge every email within 48 business hours. For routine questions (volunteer sign-up, donation logistics, basic program info) you can generally expect a full reply within 3–5 business days. Complex partnership discussions, legal or liability questions, and media requests may take up to 10 business days while we coordinate with the right staff or external advisors.
If your message is time-sensitive (same-day pickup, emergency food access, or immediate media deadlines), please note the urgency in the subject line and include any pertinent deadlines. We will triage urgent emails first and do our best to respond faster.
Privacy and follow-up
We respect your privacy. Messages sent to hello@pantryparcel.org are used only to respond to your inquiry and to help coordinate services. If you provide personal data, it will be handled in accordance with our privacy practices. When appropriate, we may ask for additional details to complete a request; providing clear, complete information upfront speeds up our response.
Thank you
Your outreach keeps PantryParcel moving. Whether you’re offering surplus food, seeking help, or exploring a partnership, we appreciate your interest and look forward to working together to reduce waste and nourish communities.
